Information you provide

Our inquiry form asks for your name, email address, inquiry topic and message. You may also provide your company, country or region and phone number. We use this information to answer your request, discuss product requirements, prepare quotations and follow up on your project. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information through the form.

Storage and access

Submitted inquiries are stored as private records in our website administration system. The site also attempts to send the inquiry to our business email address. These records are not published as website content. Website administrators can access the stored records; hosting and email services process information to provide their services. Our project team in China may use the information to respond to you.

Security and technical information

The inquiry form uses a temporary, keyed identifier derived from an IP address to limit repeated submissions. The form does not add the raw IP address to the inquiry record. Hosting and security services may separately process connection information, such as IP addresses, requested pages and browser details, to deliver and protect the website.

Cookies, maps and social platforms

WordPress uses cookies for functions such as authenticated administration. Pages may contain external maps or social content. Loading that content can connect your browser to its provider and disclose technical information; the provider may use cookies under its own privacy policy. Following a WhatsApp, TikTok, Facebook or other external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices. You can manage cookies and third-party content through your browser settings.

Retention and your requests

The website does not currently apply an automatic deletion period to inquiry records. Records remain until an administrator removes them; related email correspondence is stored separately. To ask about information you have supplied, request a correction or request deletion, email leo@touch-pos.com. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request. Any retention needed for an ongoing transaction or applicable legal obligation will be considered when responding.
